In our continuing effort to provide great customer service, WSSC launched a Customer Notification System (CNS, for short) in 2008 to alert you about WSSC-related incidents in your area that may affect your service or daily routine. Register below and have e-mail and/or text message alerts about WSSC work occurring near your home, office, school or other important address delivered to your computers or cell phones. This service is FREE. However, your cell phone providers standard text messaging charges DO apply. WSSC cannot automatically sign you up for CNS, so we invite you to sign up below. To register additional home or work addresses, you will need to repeat the process from the start page. WSSC will only use your personally identifiable information to respond to your requests and to provide you with information about WSSC. The personal information you provide to us will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by law. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to carry out our business or as required by law or other legal processes, and we never sell personal information.
